3. The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the successful completion of the project.

4. Lex&Drea retains ownership of all intellectual property developed in the course of providing services to the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Lex&Drea is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

6. The client agrees to provide timely feedback and approval for all deliverables. Failure to do so may result in a delay in project completion and additional charges.
